I'm boarding my understairs cupboard this weekend and then plastering it. All the pipework for the upstairs of my house runs through the cupboard and is accesible at the moment, but i was planning on boarding it in. Is there any reason i shouldn't do this? eg does the pipes need to be accesible? Thanks
