Hello,

we had a new boiler installed a few weeks back. Its a Rehema Avanta Plus. We have been having trouble with hot water ever since. They guy who installed it is on holiday. Any ideas what migtht be wrong with it and if there is anything we can do to fix it. Or do we have to wait until the installer isback from holiday and survive without hot water until then?

don't touch it yourself wait for the installer or get onto the manufactors it's under warranty.

Our last boiler broke down and my boyfriends dad got someone to install the new boiler while we were away. I'm sure it is legal but how can i be certain?

have you had your building regulation compliance cert back from gas safe yet ?
