Got an old fashioned shower mixer that pushes over taps from the local market, nipped the shower end closed and gave it a blast...woo hoo! Jobs a good un!

Just fitted new kitchen sink taps in my sons house. Now there is poor pressure in the hot taps in kitchen and bathroom. Hot water trickles then runs out. Cold pressure is fine. I drained the system prior to fitting, could this just be an airlock?
Cold water storage tank in loft and cylinder in bedroom, both full and pipes from cylinder warm, radiators all hot.
Grateful for any help
