A mate did a bit of plastering under my stairs for me, but to stop himself burning his head he tied the light to one side. It burnt a whole in the electric box case. Fortunately he smelt it before any serious damage was done!!!! But it doesn't look great so i'd like to replace the case. My dad says you won't be able to do this without replacing the whole electric box, which obviously you'd have to get an electrician to do. This seems a bit extreme to me. Is it possible to replace just the case? Where would i get a case from?
