The cable and supply fuse (Supply Head) belong to your DNO (Distribution Network Operator - NOT your electricity supplier!) The meter is the responsibility of your electricity supplier and everything after that is your problem.

Find your DNO here;

http://www.nationalgrid.com/uk/Electricity/AboutElectricity/DistributionCompanies/

You'll need your DNO to come and move the supply head - but it costs! Here in Yorkshire, YEDL will move a supply head up to 5m for around £850 + VAT..

Then you need your electricity supplier to arrange moving the meter to the new supply head location.

Then you'll need a sparks to come and move your CU.

Got a big wallet?
