Hey people this is my first post and would really appreciate your expert help, here goes. I've recently purchased a property and need help on the price of building work to be carried out. Back door approx 2mx800mm to be taken out and bricked up, window approx 500mmx400mm to be taken out and bricked up. Extend existing window 500mmx400mm to 1000x1200mm. Install french doors in place of an existing window. Demolish chimney breast approx 1400mm width x 2500mm height and make good.

2-3 grand? sounds like a couple of weeks work for two guys, plus skips etc
