Hello,

Just a quick one, a customer of mine recently told me about a group called Less2Build who do cheap brand building supplies, who they had heard of them from a plumbing friend.

I just wondered if anybody in these forums had any experience of the Less2 group and if they would recommend them? Obviously my living and reputation is based on the quality of work I produce, which in turn requires good quality materials so I would need them to be up to standard. That said if I can save some £ then I'm well up for that too!

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated,

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I purchased a catnic lintel from less2build and then realised i had ordered the wrong size, so i contacted them the very next day to change the order and was told i would have to pay a re-handling charge which I thought was fair enough as i had made the error. They said they would get in touch with the supplier and ring me back the same day. They never did so I called the next day and was told the same story. This went on for 4 days until I lost my patience and said a few words that I won't repeat here. Finally they went back on their word and refused to take the lintel back full stop. So I am now stuck with a lintel I don't need. My advice to you would be steer well clear, they don't seem to know the meaning of customer service.
