I have noticed my kitchen ceiling starting to bow below where my toilet and shower are. And last night I had water dripping through a light socket which is situated under where my bath/shower is. Please help.

You are not giving much information here !! Unless you can investigate yourself and can see where the leak is coming from then I suggest you stop using the shower and toilet straight away and call a plumber immediately.
