I need to get some drawings done for an extension, but only need building regulation approval and not planning consent. I have a quote from an architect but that is much dearer than i expected. I've been told i could get the drawings done cheaper by someone other than an architect, but not sure how i would go about finding someone that could do this. Is there a particular type of company or individual that i could google or look up in the yellow pages? Thanks
