We had two living room walls stripped back and replastered after damp damage caused by, we thought, a leaky guttering between our roof and next door. A few years later the problem has re-appeared and we are advised that it is actually caused by next doors' untreated rising damp problem. How can we get them to sort it out, and can we claim our repair costs from them?
Any ideas / advice greatly appreciated.
