I have asked the customer in the past to send me a letter agreeing to have the work carried out as laid out in the estimate.Thing is JJ, some customers think they dont have to pay when the job has been completed !

Do any builders on here insist on clients signing a contract, detailing work to be performed, time, payment, duties, etc. Alternatively have you ever been asked to sign a contract by the client?
